Our founder Sara has extensive experience in the disability, aged care and rehabilitation space. The unique perspective provided by Sara’s dual qualifications in Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology is what drove her to want to create an environment where people are supported in all aspects of their well-being.

For Children
We conduct comprehensive assessments to identify delays or difficulties in motor, cognitive, sensory and social development creating personalised intervention plans.
